Two homeowners had their drinking wells contaminated by defendant’s gasoline station. The gas station owner paid $325,000 to the property owner to compensate them for the damage done to their property.


Nordenstrom, et al. v. Santiago Associates, LLC
Los Angeles County Superior Court No. BC286652

Residents of the Paradise Ranch community received water which failed to meet the State drinking water standards. The defendant paid $4,550,000 in damages resulting from the contaminated water.


Hanson, et al. v. Heavenly Oaks Residential Community, LLC
San Diego Superior Court No. GIC749818

The residents of the Heavenly Oaks community received water severely contaminated with bacteria. The water provider paid $1,100,000 in damages to the residents.


Dean Barnwell, et al. v. Robert H. Brown
San Joaquin County Superior Court No. 191266

We represented residents of 18 homes, who received drinking water contaminated with excess levels of iron and manganese. After a jury trial, the residents were awarded $3.6 million.


George Lucas, et al. v. County of San Diego
San Diego County Superior Court No. 668274

George and Charlene Lucas received $425,000 after a jury trial for the damage done to their property by the County of San Diego. Their drinking well was polluted with toxic chemicals leaching from the County’s landfill. After the jury verdict the case was appealed. The case settled on appeal with the County paying $425,000.
